Refund policy

Return Window

  • We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible products purchased for personal use.

Unopened Products

  • Items that are unused and still sealed in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective Products

  • Products found defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery will be replaced or fully refunded.

  • Verification will be carried out by our Service & Quality Team.

  • Statutory consumer rights under UAE law are not limited by this policy.

Opened or Used Products

  • Returns for opened or used items may be eligible for a partial or full refund if the item is not defective, after inspection by our Service & Quality Team.

  • Verify the product model and specifications before placing your order.

  • Upon receiving your order, check the product to ensure it matches your purchase.

  • Refunds will include VAT where applicable and will be processed to your original payment method or store credit depending on case evaluation.

  • For any return requests, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@gadgetdeals.ae or via WhatsApp.

Refund Processing

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Bank or card processing may take additional time.

Order Confirmation and  Cancellation

  • Price Guarantee : You will pay the price at the time of order confirmation, even if the price change later.
  • Order Cancellation : Order cancellation can be done be with in 6 hours after confirming your order. Please notify us by phone or by email. refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
